Located in the heart of Miami Beach's famed South Beach district, Twist is a complex of several buildings combined into one large rambling club. Featuring all types of music, there is no large central dance floor, however there are several bar and smaller dance rooms. Out back there is a small cabana featuring male dancers as well a patio lounge.
