		Kevens
		Kevens is a man on a mission. A mission to make good music brings together people of all races, cultures, and backgrounds with the universal message that "positivity is a necessity". In the words of Kevens: "I have always heard a musical heartbeat pulsing inside my body. Whether it is a lyric, bassline, melody, or groove, I feel the presence of a mystical power which drives me to make music for all the world to hear and sing." Early in his career, Kevens began as a DJ, spinning an eclectic mix of Dub, Ska, and Progressive Reggae. He received inspiration to further his musical abilities after opening for Inner Circle. According to Kevens, "Calton Coffie [the former lead singer of Inner Circle] is the man responsible for helping me to fully appreciate the musical fire burning inside me". Kevens was then introduced to the Marley family and created a band called Le Coup, which became very successful in the Reggae community, appearing on various nationwide television broadcasts such as MTV, and opening for famous acts such as Black Uhuru, Steel Pulse, Third World, and Jimmy Cliff. Kevens acquired the musical discipline of the Marleys and learned that, in order to have your music felt, "you must fight for your right and let Jah be your strength and source of inspiration."

	In the late '90s, Kevens reached another breakthrough in his musical journey by performing along with DJ Monk of Rabbit In The Moon at the famed Zen Festival in Florida. He became very good friends with Bunny from R.I.T.M. who asked Kevens to contribute to several of Bunny's recorded works. Kevens solidified his reputation as a brilliant performer in the Electronic music world, winning the respect and admiration of artists such as Maxim Reality (of Prodigy fame), the Reprazent camp (e.g., Roni Size and MC Dynamite), and the Logical Progression crew (e.g., LTJ Bukem and MC Conrad). With the mission to provide the world with positive vibes, Kevens is ready to take people to a higher level of consciousness with a brand-new collection of original music. His mystical blend of vibrant energy and thought-provoking lyrics, backed by a live band, is sure to provide listeners with the necessity to understand that positivity is a force to be reckoned with. Calling his approach as "radical Jungle/Drum & Bass in a funky Progressive Reggae style," Kevens is set to take the mind on a musical journey back to the essence.
