		NAJM Records President - Mark Hagan (NAJM / HM) NAJM co-founder Mark Hagan is also the creative force behind this web site. Mark graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Architecture and is a producer, remixer, composer and playwright.
		Mark recently upgraded his "Crooked Palm" studio to include the latest in Pro Tools technology and plug-ins and is working on several exciting projects across many genres of music with a specialization in dance and theatrical productions. Mark & Jesse co-founded NAJM Records Inc., an independent dance music label based in South Florida. 	NAJM Records Vice President - Jesse Plance III (DJ PJ) NAJM Co-founder Jesse Plance is also known as DJ PJ. Jesse is very active tracking new talent and is very much in touch with the dance music community. Jesse graduated from Saint Leo College with a degree in Human Resources while in the Navy. Jesse is now a co-owner of All the Best Home Health, a large home health care agency located in South Florida.
