NAJM co-founder Mark Hagan is also the creative force behind this web site. Mark graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Architecture and is currently perusing a career as a composer and a playwright.

NAJM Co-founder Jesse Plance is also known as DJ PJ. Jesse is very active tracking new talent and is very much in touch with the dance music community. Jesse graduated from Saint Leo College with a degree in Human Resources while in the Navy. Jesse handles NAJM's correspondences as well as site interviews.
